In cases of visa rejection, appointment delays, appointment cancellations, or visa cancellations—whether from the embassy or the applicant—all service charges, embassy fees, and payments for additional services (such as flight reservations, hotel bookings, and travel insurance) are non-refundable.
Visa Decision Responsibility:
The approval or rejection of a visa is solely at the discretion of the embassy. Syndicate Visas is not responsible for any visa denial under any circumstances.
Deportation Policy:
We do not provide assistance in situations involving deportation from the airport. It is the applicant's responsibility to meet immigration requirements.
Additional Documents Post-Visa Approval:
If the embassy requests further documentation after granting the visa, Syndicate Visas is not accountable for providing or obtaining such documents. The applicant must comply with embassy instructions.
Government & Embassy Rule Changes:
Any modifications in visa policies by the embassy or government are beyond our control. However, we will offer guidance and support to help you navigate these changes effectively.
Appointment Slot Availability:
Visa appointment scheduling is subject to embassy availability. We cannot guarantee specific dates or times as they depend on embassy allocations.
No Assistance for Job Visas:
Syndicate Visas exclusively processes tourist visas and does not facilitate job visas, work permits, or any employment-related visa services. Requests for job visas will not be entertained.
